Rhubarb Crisp

4 cups rhubarb cut up

4 cups strawberries cut up

1 cup sugar

¼ cup brown sugar

10 tbsp butter

2 tsp orange zest

¼ cup orange liquor

1 ¼ flour

Punch of salt

2 tbsp cornstarch

Put fruit in a bowl and add ¾ cup sugar, cornstarch, salt, orange zest and toss together.  Add orange liquor and put in a 9 x 13 greased pan.  Mix flour, salt, brown sugar, and ¼ cup sugar.  Cut in butter and sprinkle over the top of fruit mixture.  Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.
