Potato Chip Cookie Recipe

1 ½ cups sugar

1 pound butter

2 tsp vanilla

3 ½ cups flour

1 cup crushed potato chips

Powdered sugar

Mix all ingredients, except for the powdered sugar.  Drop the cookies onto a greased cookie sheet.  Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes.  When cookies are completely cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar
